I have stayed 7 nights with family on my business trip. I felt my family was safe and secure place during my office time. Me and my family like a lot of things there, especially free facilities such as wallet parking ,breakfast , lobby , saudi qahwa, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc. We have interacted many staff there and all of them behaved very well like family. I would like specialy thanks to Mr Rameez who helped me for booking confirmation. He also helped us on and off things whenever required. From Room service , Mr Waleed, Monu, one philipino guy not remembering his name provided good hospitality at breakfast time. From Housekeeping, Mr imdad and his partner cleaned our room properly. From wallet parking, Naveed, Ghulam and Abid helped us too much for quick response at wallet parking. Never wait long time . Great coordination. From front desk , one saudi guy (don't remember his name but he work in night shift on Thursday) has played with my son and my son also like his company. Saudi ladies also supported us in good manner. Appreciated their work. From Pool area , Swimming pool facility for families is the best facility ever found in saudi arabia with music. Breakfast was very nice . Room size and amenities were amazing. I have visited some other hotels like holiday villa and golden tulip but this hotel room with this price is much better than other. Overall , our stay was very good. Thanks hotel management and staff. Hates off your nice hospitality.

Special thanks to Saleh Alshammari for providing great hospitality and amazing room. The stay was wonderful. Room #601 was clean, the food at breakfast and the Thursday night buffet were delicious. Imran in engineering did a great job, Efran from kitchen helped me with breakfast. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and made the stay memorable. Overall great hotel. Easy from the train station and Uber's not far for any travel.

The rooms were large and very comfortable. The bathrooms were also very large with a separate bathtub and shower. The room service was just ok for food, but the breakfast was delightful. It was a buffet style with lots of options. The beds were very comfortable.

Very nice location and room. The only negative is the room provided to us was earlier a smoking room and there was a smell of cigarette, which we resolved by opening the windows for few hours. Other than that, it was a nice and decent room.
